Presider: With great Joy, we recall the glorious work of the Father through the Son in the unity of the Holy Spirit. With faith in the Resurrection, let us raise our prayers and petitions to the Lord
 
Deacon/ Lector/ Cantor: Please respond: “Lord, hear our prayer”

 

1. Lift up the heart of Pope Francis with the Joy of Jesus victory, we pray...

2. Inspire bishops to lead clergy, religious, and faithful in Easter Alleluia praise, we pray...

3. Bless and make fruitful the vows of the newly baptized in living their faith within the parish community, we pray...

4. Encourage participants in our liturgies to sing out their joy to the Lord whose victory we celebrate today, we pray...

5. Fill the hearts of our community with the peace Jesus offers to those who love and follow him, we pray...

6. Welcome, O Lord, those who died this week (list here) into the Kingdom in Heaven, we pray...

7. Help us, Lord, to remember in our prayers the intention[s] of this Mass (name the intention[s]), we pray...

8. We pause now, Lord, to offer you our personal intentions of hand, mind, and heart. (pause) We place these prayers with gifts offered for support for the Kingdom, we pray...

 

Presider: Father, our hearts are filled with Joy and Peace as we remember the victory of your Son. we pray... you stir our hearts and minds to a renewed commitment to your Word. Lead us your family into that Spirit’s unity with you. We ask this in the name of our risen Lord united with you in the Holy Spirit.
