Holy Thursday (Cycle A)

March 22, 2026

Celebrant: God calls us from death to Life, so let us in faith turn to Him…

Deacon/Reader:

For Pope Leo, and Bishop ____________, as they shepherd us in the Life of Christ, that we may grow in wisdom and compassion as an encouragement to those struggling in life, we pray to the Lord…

For all preparing to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation during these sacred days, that they may be guided by the voice of Our Lord, who forever invites us to experience the Life of His mercy, healing and freedom, we pray to the Lord…

For our Candidates for full communion in the Church and our Elect, as we pray with them, the Third Scrutiny, that they may grow in faithfulness and in trust, in God's Life-giving graces, which sustain us, always, we pray to the Lord…

For all who are ill; those bound by desolation and loneliness; and those tied by uncertainty and fear, that God’s graces may release them with the healing comfort that only He can give, we pray to the Lord…

For all captivated by terrorism and death, those oppressed by its darkness, and those innocent caught in its violence, that Our Lord Who called Lazarus from the tomb free them; and for our First Responders, our military, and all working towards peace, throughout the Middle East and in Ukraine, we pray to the Lord…

For all our dead, that in the Light of His Mercy, they may now know the fullness of Life everlasting…

Celebrant: Loving Father, hear us and with the Life of Your Love, guide us always, as we pray in Your Holy Name, through Christ our Lord. R: Amen.
